Hello! My parents are Florida residents and have purchased my daughter an annual pass. They renewed her card, but what was given to me was an exchange certificate. Is there a way to link the exchange certificate to my Disney Experience?

    Hello Katie!

How nice of your parents to give your daughter such a magical gift! I bet there are plenty of Walt Disney World Resort vacations in your future.

Yes, you are able to link the exchange certificates to her My Disney Experience profile in just a few simple steps. First (assuming you manage her My Disney Experience profile,) select "My Profile" in your My Disney Experience account. Then, click on "About Me" and scroll all the way to the bottom where it reads, "+add A Walt Disney World Pass." Once you select it, you will be taken to a page where you can enter the certificate's ID number. (For help locating the ID number, the fourth example should be a certificate card.) Enter that number and follow the rest of the steps to link it to your daughter's profile.

If you have any other questions, please let me know. Enjoy your next magical vacation.

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
