    Hello, My fiance and I are trying to book our honeymoon. I notice that the regular rooms are open for booking in August 2014. The villas are not open for booking yet. Does anyone know how far in advance we can book the villas? thanks

    Howdy Brooklyn!!!

    Let me first say, "CONGRATULATIONS!!!!"  What a magical time this is for you! 

    Disney Vacation Club Members can book reservations at their Home Resort(s) 11 months out from their check-in date and 7 months out at the other DVC Resorts. 
     
    I spoke with a Cast Member and, in her experience, Disney Vacation Club Resort Villas are typically released for cash Guests approximately 6 months in advance.

    If you are paying by cash, I would suggest that you call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 or visit the Walt Disney World Resort website periodically to see if any Villas have become available.  I just selected a week in mid August 2014 and I there were Villas available.  Given that I don't know your exact dates, I would encourage you to check again soon to see if something has opened up that will work with your travel schedule.  

    When you make your reservation, be sure to note that you will be at Walt Disney World Resort celebrating your honeymoon.  You never know when a Cast Member might be able to add a little magic to your day.
