Hello, My family and I will be visiting Disney World in November for 8 nights in a 2 bedroom villa. My parents would like to stay with us but only want to stay for 2 nights. Is this possible since our reservation is for 8 nights?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jennifer!

Some of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort vacations of all time have been spent as a Guest in a two-bedroom villa at Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. It feels so luxurious to have all the space, private laundry facilities and a full kitchen at our disposal throughout our stay. No matter which deluxe resort you're staying at, I bet you are going to have an amazing trip!

As long as adding your parents to your resort reservation doesn't exceed the capacity of your villa, they are welcome to join you for as much of your vacation as they can. This only becomes complicated if you are adding a package with theme park tickets and a Disney Dining Plan to your reservation. When a Guest is added to a vacation package, they cannot be added for only a portion of the vacation. They would have, for instance, as many Disney Dining Plan entitlements to use as each other person on the reservation. If, however, yours is a room-only reservation, adding your parents will not be a problem.

Please let us know if you need any additional information as you put the finishing touches on your vacation plans. My friends and I here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel would love to provide you with whatever information you need to plan the most magical of vacations.

Sending pixie dust and best wishes,
    Jill
