Liz, you’re definitely a pro at planning Disney trips and using all the technological methods, this took me a while after having similar issues. What I discovered in attempting to share a Disney MagicMobile pass through
Disney MagicMobile Service was that the recipient, while using an iPhone did not have an
eligible iPhone to support the Bluetooth® technology for the My Disney Experience app. So, this
might be the problem with sharing the Disney MagicMobile pass with your daughter even though she has an iPhone. As well, kindly ensure you are sharing the Disney MagicMobile pass through Apple iMessage and that your daughter is in your address book or contact list, which being your daughter, I’m almost certain she is.

As soon as this matter is resolved, please
link the theme park tickets to your Disney account and proceed with making
Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations.
Tips:
Update your payment method in the
My Disney Experience app to facilitate app transactions for such things as the theme park ticket option called
Disney Genie+ service which will save you time in lines for attractions that offer a Lightning Lane entrance, and for
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, for example.
