Hello. My family has a reservation for the fantasmic dining package on Aug 28th 2019 and are wondering since we are taking advantage of the free dining promo will dinner include an alcoholic drink? Thank for any info.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mathew! Wow, August of 2019 is going to be such an exciting time to visit Walt Disney World Resort. If you'll still be there the day after you see Fantasmic!, you'll be there for the opening day of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios on August 29 of this year. What a great opportunity to be one of the first guests who get to blast off on Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run!

Mathew, you're going to love using the Disney Dining Plan on your upcoming vacation. I love knowing that all my meals have been taken care of in advance, and all I need to do is choose what I want to eat, tap my MagicBand to redeem my credit, and enjoy. You've also done something really smart in booking the Fantasmic! dining package for your family, so you can enjoy a delicious meal and also get VIP seating for Fantasmic! It's a great way to get some extra value out of your Dining Plan. Since an alcoholic beverage is included for guests over the age of 21 when you redeem a meal credit, there is one included for you if you're on the Dining Plan even though it is not a part of the package when just purchase it out of pocket. This is true for any dining location that includes a drink in the price of your meal, like a buffet or prix fixe experience. Of course, details like this are always subject to change, so check with the Cast Member serving you if you have any questions in the moment.

    Have a magical day, Mathew!
