Hello! My family and I have a dining reservation on Storytellers Cafe for breakfest and we are not Disney hotel guests. We are coming straight from the airport and won’t be able to store our luggages anywhere, so can we we use bell services? Thanks!

Hello, Felipe, and welcome to planDisney! I love Storytellers Cafe – the Craftsman-style dining room has an inviting atmosphere and the food is delicious!  Plus, it's always nice to walk through the Grand Californian Hotel lobby to get there. Let's go over some options when it comes to luggage.

Felipe, unfortunately, you will not be able to store your luggage at the Bell Desk since you are not staying at the hotel. Guests of the hotel do have the option to store their luggage early on the day of check-in and on the day of departure after checking out.

One option that may work for you, Felipe, would be to rent a locker to store your luggage on-site. There are oversized lockers near the Disneyland Park Main Entrance (in the picnic area). The Jumbo-sized lockers measure 18" wide, 25" high, and 37" deep and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Keep in mind that the Disneyland Resort Rules state that suitcases or bags larger than 15" wide, 18" high, and 24" long are not allowed, so measure your suitcases in advance to make sure they fall within these dimensions. Another important note: you'll be required to go through the security screening with your luggage to access the lockers, so make sure you aren't bringing through any prohibited items.

Felipe, remember that you can modify a dining reservation on the Disneyland website or the Disneyland mobile app. I thought I'd point that out in case you want to try getting a slightly later reservation to give you a chance to drop off your bags where you're staying beforehand. Many hotels likely have a luggage storage service similar to the one at Disneyland Resort hotels. To modify a dining reservation on the website, make sure you're signed into your Disney account (the one you used to make a reservation), and hover over the link that says "My Plans." Then, click “Future Plans.” On the app, tap the icon on the bottom of the screen with the three lines (≡) and then scroll to "Future Plans."

You and the family will love your morning visit to Storytellers Cafe. During breakfast and brunch, Mickey and his pals will make appearances and greet Guests. It's a great time, and Mickey waffles are a must!

Felipe, I hope your breakfast at Storytellers Cafe is one for the memory books. If you have any other questions, please reach out. We at planDisney are always happy to help.

Wishing you magic (and tasty food),
    Kriss
