    Hello Leaving this Friday! We're booked at French Quarter - royal room. Wondering if its worth upgrading to AKL Savannah room if its available & if its possible at this close of date & possible fees . Thinking of surprising my sis with the upgrade

    Wow!  What a a fabulous surprise!  I absolutely adore Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge!  I think it would be a wonderful treat for your sister!

    Upgrading is possible, but it really will boil down to availability.  You'll need to call (407) 939-5277 and inquire about availability to see if it will even be possible to upgrade.  If you are able, I say go for it!  Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is a beautiful resort, and a unique experience.
