Hi Andrew,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Glad to hear that you’ll be able to utilize those tickets you received. First, I would double check to see if your tickets are already in your My Disney Experience account. They could have been loaded in when the Walt Disney World Resort gave them to you. To do this, sign into your
My Disney Experience mobile app and select the three lines in the lower right corner. Next, select the box titled “Tickets and Passes”. In this section, you will see any tickets associated with your account and hopefully your complimentary tickets will be there!
If your tickets aren’t in this section, Hakuna Matata, you’ll just need to link them. At some point during this process,
Guest Services probably sent you an email or gave you a confirmation code. What you’ll want to do is take that code and select the “+” symbol in the upper right corner of the “Tickets and Passes” section of the app. Then under “Ticket or Pass”, enter your confirmation number for the tickets. If you have individual, physical tickets with codes on the back, you can enter those here, one by one, as well.
If for some reason the above options don’t work, you’ll want to reach out to the
Existing Tickets or
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desks. They should be able to help you link the tickets.
Once the tickets are linked, remember that you will need to create
Disney Park Pass reservations for everyone in your party for that day you’d like to use the tickets. If you’re purchasing other tickets for other days, after you purchase, you’ll want to create Disney Park Passes for those days as well!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your summer vacation in August. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
