Welcome back to planDisney, Jamie! Thank you for trusting us with another great question.
Well, I'm pleased to tell you that I have some faith, trust, and a little pixie dust to share! It is very possible that the unused
standard multi-day tickets you purchased last summer are still valid for use this year, as they typically carry a pretty lengthy window of time before they expire. If the tickets are already linked to your Disney account, you can verify their expiration date on the
Disneyland mobile app by selecting the '≡' on the home screen and then selecting the "Tickets and Passes" icon. Each ticket linked to your account should display the date through which it is valid, right underneath the ticket's barcode. You can also find the expiration date listed in the email confirmation you received when you made your ticket purchase.
But even Tick-Tock Crocodile shouldn't be able to rush you to use your theme park admission tickets, Jamie! Unless otherwise stated in the
terms and conditions, the amount you paid for your wholly unused ticket can be applied toward the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value - even if your original ticket expires. You can feel free to contact the
Tickets line in Guest Services or start a live chat in the Disneyland mobile app to speak with a friendly Cast Member about your options for applying the value of an unused ticket to a future purchase.
Jamie, I hope this news helps you
"think of the happiest things. It's the same as having wings!" More time at Disneyland Resort means more memories to make and more magic to share with your loved ones! If we can offer any further advice to help you
soar off to Never Land and beyond, please come back and visit us again, here at
planDisney.
Second star to the right and straight on 'til morning,
