Hello, I've been at WDW Orlando many times, but never at Disneyland. I realized there are only 2 theme parks with lots of attractions (yeah!!!!). I would like to know how manty days do you think it will be ok for us to visit each one. We are 4 (2 kids).

    Hi, Marcela!

I’m thrilled you’re planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort. The summer months are an exciting time to visit The Happiest Place on Earth because the entertainment schedule is bustling and the weather is perfect for sunny days by the pool!

Since this is your first visit, I suggest that you plan to visit for at least four days to experience all the resort has to offer, from the Downtown Disney District to the theme parks, including Cars Land and Buena Vista Street at Disney California Adventure Park. Fantasy Faire, a whimsical storybook village in Fantasyland, just opened this spring right next to Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Park. It’s an enchanting world where the stories of Disney's fairy tale princesses and princes come to life!

If you’re considering staying on-property, each of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels has its own unique benefits. Paradise Pier Hotel is usually the least expensive and the rooms have a fun, beach-inspired décor. Rooms at the Disneyland Hotel are quite large and include chic furnishings with a touch of Disney magic, including carved wooden headboards featuring fiber-optic fireworks for your very own in-room light and music show with the flip of a switch! My personal favorite is Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa because it’s the closest to the theme parks and features a private entrance into Disney California Adventure Park. Guests can walk from their hotel room to a theme park in just a few minutes!

I hope this information is helpful, Marcela. Please write back with any other questions you may have as you plan your pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
