Hi Christine,
Welcome to planDisney!
Hooray for adding another Guest to your Walt Disney World
vacation package! Well, this is a dilemma.
First, make sure that you are linked to the correct
My Disney Experience account for your new Guest. My husband had an old My Disney Experience account that he had forgotten about and it was creating confusion for us when making reservations. We had to
contact a Cast Member by phone to get that account deactivated and to make sure all of his reservations were correctly linked to the profile I had created for him in My Disney Experience account.
Second, check to make sure his tickets have been correctly assigned to him. Since it sounds as if you added this Guest to an existing vacation package, the tickets should be the same as yours, but double-check the tickets to make sure they are valid for the dates of your visit and that you all have the same number of park ticket days.
If everything looks to be in order, a Cast Member will have to assist you. I had some trouble making a park pass reservation in the past. When I called, a Cast Member was able to make the reservation for me. When you call, I suggest that you speak with someone in Website Support.
As you continue to plan, be sure to make
advanced dining reservations when you get to 60-days prior to arrival. We always make advanced dining reservations for most meals. Although we have used
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, we prefer to have our dining plans secured before we go. On our last visit, we also enjoyed being able to use
Mobile Dine Check-in to check in for our dining reservations.
Christine, I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you will get this park pass reservation dilemma resolved. We are so excited to welcome you for an
Incredible Disney visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
