    Hello, Is there a security deposit due at check in for Paradise Pier? Ive already booked and purchased my tickets.

    Welcome to planDisney! I’m glad you brought a question our way!  

    Upon arrival, a hold in the amount of $250 will be placed on your credit or debit card. Although, the dollar amount of the hold is subject to change.

    I’ve stayed at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel a few times and I’ve always enjoyed it! The laid-back beach vibes plus the proximity to the parks make it a great choice for your vacation! You may be aware that the hotel is currently under construction as it is being transformed into Pixar Place Hotel. Let me walk you through some key things to know during this transition period. 

    • The pools at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel are currently unavailable. Hotel guests may access the pools at Disneyland Hotel. A Cast Member can provide transportation during daily pool operating hours. 
    • The direct entrance into Disney California Adventure Park remains open for hotel guests. To access this entrance, simply cross Disneyland Drive and follow the walking path to the private entrance. Upon entering Disney California Adventure Park, you'll be dropped into the heart of Paradise Gardens Park! 
    • And don’t forget that your resort hotel stay allows you to take advantage of early admission to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. You may enter 30 minutes early to enjoy select attractions, dining and shopping locations. Please note that theme-park admission and Theme Park Reservations are required.
