Hello there Debra!

Thank you so much for sending us your question and welcome to planDisney! As somebody who loves to take lots of pictures in the parks, I absolutely love the Memory Maker service and would recommend it to everyone. PhotoPass Cast Members truly know how to capture and immortalize the magic of your Disney vacation and I will cherish my own PhotoPass pictures forever.

Now let's talk about the service a bit more and how to use it! You can absolutely access a list of most if not all PhotoPass locations online. However, if you have not downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App already on your iPhone, iPad or Android smartphone, I would highly recommend downloading it for your vacation. The app has an interactive map showing wait times for your favourite attractions, dining locations, character meet and greets and even PhotoPass locations! The mobile app is so convenient as you will be able to refer to this map and find the closest PhotoPass locations to you at any time during your trip. You would simply click on the map icon, then click on the little arrow at the top of your screen and click on "PhotoPass" in the drop down menu.

As for downloading your magical portraits, you can either download them from the Disney PhotoPass web page or through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. This is another reason why I would also highly recommend downloading the My Disney Experience Mobile App as it allows you to download your pictures directly on your mobile device. You can download your pictures either way, how ever many times as you want and whenever you want, so you can really pick whichever option works best for you. And you are absolutely right, once you have downloaded your magical pictures from Disney PhotoPass or the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you will be able to load your favourites into Shutterfly or other printing services and create an album that you will be able to look back on anytime you have the Disney blues. Just make sure that your Memory Maker service is linked to your My Disney Experience account as well as any tickets or MagicBand you intend on using to claim your pictures in the parks.
