    Hello, I’m wondering if there is a 1-800 (toll free) number that I can use to speak with an agent regarding my tickets that I purchased? I can only find the (407) area code numbers, and with a 38 minute wait that will be an extremely expensive call!

    As you've found, Lisa, inquiries about ticket purchases are directed to various (407) numbers in the Help Center. An alternate way to connect with a friendly Cast Member about general ticket questions is through the live chat feature. Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, you can access the live chat feature using the "Chat" icon found in the Help Center. If the "Chat" icon is not active, check back in a few minutes as Cast Members are likely busy assisting other Guests. If you are looking to verify ticket usage, you can also request information from ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com. 

    Once you're all set with your tickets, be sure to check Theme Park Reservation Availability and make your Theme Park Reservations before your visit. Your tickets are your keys to The Most Magical Place on Earth. I can't wait for you to unlock the magic!
