Hello, I’m visiting Caribbean beach August 2019 and my 21 month old is not fond of the puddle jumpers or vests. I was wondering if a small toddler float is allowed in the pool? Thank you for any input. Roe

    Hi, there!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rosemary. I'm so glad you stopped by with this great question!

You're going to love your stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. The laidback, tropical vibe makes it one of my family's favorite Disney Resort hotels!

I have a 22-month old who isn't fond of her Puddle Jumper either, so I totally get your concern. I'm pleased to tell you that Walt Disney World Resort is Wild About Safety, so you may bring a personal flotation device that is US Coast Guard/UL approved for your little one. It's important that the toddler float you take is reasonably-sized because the Lifeguards must have a clear view of the water and all Guests in the pool.

One of my favorite things about Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is the splashtastic Fuentes del Morro Water Play Area designed just for kiddos under 48" tall. My little guys love this kid-friendly water playground! I bet your toddler will enjoy climbing, sliding, and splashing there too.

I hope this was helpful, Rosemary. Please let me know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
