Disney’s Port Orleans Resort-Riverside! The beauty of staying at Riverside is that you get the extra bonus of the sister resort at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter!
To get right to the heart of your question, yes, you can use the pools at both resorts! You can use the feature pool at Riverside,
Ol’ Man Island, or you can head over to the French Quarter and hang out with
King Neptune and his Mardi Gras themed pool!
Ol’ Man Island at Riverside is a three and half acre swimming hole that has an amazing 95-foot-long waterslide to keep you and your family entertained for hours during that relaxing resort day! There are five leisure pools for you to use at Riverside, so no matter where your room is located at this large resort, there is a pool nearby!
If you make the walk along the picturesque Sassagoula River to the French Quarter, you’ll find it a bit more serene and laid back. Plus, you’ll find the beignets. Don’t forget the beignets! My family loves the French Quarter vibe, and we don’t hesitate to make plans to stay there whenever we get the chance!

Fulton’s General Store at Port Orleans Riverside! So many items that they couldn’t find anywhere else with extra friendly Cast Members!
