Hi there, Simon! Thank you for cruising by planDisney with your question.
Heading to Walt Disney World Resort after your cruise sounds like a great idea.
Disney Cruise Line transportation is a convenient way to get around.
While Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts are no longer available as drop-off locations, you can schedule transportation to a nearby resort. I spoke with a reservation agent, and they shared that Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney's Boardwalk Inn are both close enough to walk to Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts.
Another option is to reserve a private town car service to whisk you away to your next adventure. Guests have recommended Happy Limo, FL Tours, and Tiffany Towncar. You can sometimes request a complimentary grocery stop to pick up any last-minute necessities. Rideshare companies like Uber and Lyft can also pick you up at the port.
If you'd like to book ground transportation, please
call Disney Cruise Line to add this service to your reservation. As your countdown to your cruise ticks away, I recommend downloading the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. You can book Port Adventures, make payments, and check in for your sailing. While onboard and connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi, you can use the app to communicate with your family, review your itinerary, quickly access dining menus, and view the entertainment schedules for every day of your sailing.
Simon, you are going to have a swell time on your Disney Cruise! Sail back by planDisney if we can help with anything else.
SEAS the adventure!
