Donna from Flintshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello I'm not travelling for about a month but I have the time now so would like to do a grocery order for when we arrive. Can you please advise who will do a delivery and will let you book 4-6 weeks in advance and from the UK. Thank you

Hey Howdy Hey Donna and welcome back to planDisney!

Having groceries delivered to your room is such a great decision for so many reasons. Not only will you save some money but having a quick bite or familiar snacks will help you to get to the parks early for Early Theme Park Entry or keep you going while you are in the parks. While these options are available, they are from third-party companies, so let's talk about a few tips.

While you do have several options when it comes to grocery delivery, my family personally uses Amazon, they all seem to work a little different. With sites like Garden Grocer, you can set up your account, make your selections and before you check out, select the date and time slot you would like to have your items delivered. With Amazon, we usually put the items in our cart and once we get to Walt Disney World, we select purchase as we are unable to select a time slot.  Considering Amazon's proximity to the parks, we usually get our deliveries from Amazon within an hour or so.

I know there are probably so many more options, so if you have experience with one, you can search online to see how their process goes. You can also search "Grocery delivery to Walt Disney World" and I am sure you will get several options. The big thing to look out for not only is the timing but the prices. Some sites have minimum limits before they will deliver and some have extra charges with their process. Like anything, check around at a couple of sites to see their process and fees.

One time I will advise you might want to go to the parks hungry, or at least willing to snack, is over at EPCOT. Sounds like your trip will be during the popular EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival which runs from July 14 through November 19th. There are so many unique and seasonal food and drink offerings throughout the parks you will want to spend some time exploring. Over at Disney Parks Blog, you will find a Foodie Guide to help you navigate all the delicious offerings available.

Best of luck with your final weeks of preparation. We cannot wait to welcome you to the Most Magical Place on Earth real soon! Please stop back and let us know if you have any further questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
