Hello, Im going to Disneyland in March with my 4 children. After entering the park are we able to leave and reenter the same day

    Hey Sophia!

We’re so glad you found us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! What an exciting time to be planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

There’s so much to do at the Disneyland Resort! I can see why you’d want to enter and re-enter the park on the same day. Maybe you want to enjoy some of the delicious food at the Downtown Disney District. My favorites are Ballast Point Brewing Company and Napolini Pizzeria. Did something catch your eye in one of the shops and you need a mid day shopping break? Maybe the kids just need a midday break or nap. Whatever the case may be, rest assured that with your paid admission you can enter, exit and reenter the park as many times as you need during the same day. The only way you might not be able to reenter would be if the parks hit capacity. That typically only happens the last two weeks of the year during the holidays. It’s not something I would worry about for this time of year.

You’ve picked a great time to visit the Happiest Place on Earth! By the time you get to the parks, the new day time parade “Magic Happens” will be in full swing down Main Street U.S.A. Mickey will lead the parade followed by his pals from all of your favorite Disney Stories. Also, the 2020 California Food and Wine Festival will also be in full swing. Don’t worry, there’s plenty for kids to do too! Last year they had Coloring and Crafting on the Hollywood back lot, Jammin’ Chefs featuring Chip ’n’ Dale and Jr. Chef on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This year those 40” and taller can enjoy Soarin’ Over California which is currently Soarin’ Over the World. One of the scenes from Soarin' Over California is right by my house, so you know I love that version the best!

Well Sophia, I hope that your trip to the Disneyland Resort is filled with fun, laughter and adventure!

Remember, always believe in the magic!
