Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Adriana. I'm so happy you stopped by! Your
holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is sure to be magical. Your heart will just melt as you watch your little girl experience the joy of the season!
I completely understand your concern. Staying at
Magic Kingdom Park all day long followed by Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party would be enough to wear anyone out, but especially a 3-year old!
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party will take place from 7:00 PM to midnight. It's important to know, though, that Guests with event tickets may enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM the day of their event ticket.
My suggestion for your family? If you plan to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, do
not plan to visit the theme parks in the morning or early afternoon of your event date. Sleep in, spend some relaxing time at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, and encourage your 3-year old to take a nap. Then, at 4:00 PM, head to Magic Kingdom Park. You can spend a bit of time exploring the theme park and getting dinner before Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party begins. Your little girl should feel well-rested for an evening of holiday merriment! One more tip - take pajamas to the party with you. When we took my 3-year old to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, she was able enjoy it because we had had a restful day, but by the end of the party, she was exhausted! I changed her into her pajamas before we left the park and it was a good thing because she fell asleep before we even got back to our room!
I hope this was helpful, Adriana. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
