    Hello, If staying at a moderate, on EEH nights can I stay in the park to eat and shop and not go on any rides or attractions? Or will a cast member be checking and escorting guests out. .

    Hi Jeff! Welcome to planDisney.

    Tomorrow is your magical arrival at Walt Disney World Resort. This week you need to prepare for pop-up Florida showers. I recommend you pack a poncho in your theme park bag. Do not forget your sunscreen and refillable water bottle. My pal, Anne Marie created a comprehensive list of water refill stations.

    Extended Evening Theme Park Hours are indeed reserved for those guests of Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Disney Resorts Collection Hotels and select resorts. After the park closes, all other guests will be directed by Cast Members toward the exit of the park. You are usually allowed to make souvenir purchases on your way to the exit. I would not count on being allowed to linger. If you would like to eat close to the end of the evening, I encourage you to secure an advance dining reservation right before the park closes.

    My other late-night tip is to join a popular attraction queue line right at closing time. You will be allowed to complete your ride before exiting the park.
