To answer your question, Amanda, I want to make sure I’m covering exactly what you’re asking. When you purchase multi-day date-based tickets, you will be required to choose a start date for those tickets. Depending on the length of your ticket,
you will have a set window in which to use those tickets. If you use only some of your ticket days, any remaining unused days will expire at the end of your use window. For example, if you purchase 4-day tickets, you would have 7 days from your selected start date to use those tickets.
If you purchased multi-day date-based tickets and never used the tickets at all, the amount paid for your unused, expired ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the current price, so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for your original ticket.
