Hello, If we purchased multi day tickets and do not use all of them, will we be able to use them for a future stay?

    Hiya, Amanda! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you’re planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth at the most magical time of year. I love that! My favorite time of year to visit Walt Disney World Resort is during the holiday season. There’s just something extra magical in the air when the parks and resorts are decked out with beautiful holiday decorations!

To answer your question, Amanda, I want to make sure I’m covering exactly what you’re asking. When you purchase multi-day date-based tickets, you will be required to choose a start date for those tickets. Depending on the length of your ticket, you will have a set window in which to use those tickets. If you use only some of your ticket days, any remaining unused days will expire at the end of your use window. For example, if you purchase 4-day tickets, you would have 7 days from your selected start date to use those tickets.

If you purchased multi-day date-based tickets and never used the tickets at all, the amount paid for your unused, expired ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the current price, so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for your original ticket.

If you haven’t already, Amanda, I recommend considering attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! This is a separately ticketed event held on select nights in November and December at Magic Kingdom Park. It features exclusive entertainment, complimentary cookies and seasonal beverages, party-exclusive snacks and merchandise, and much more! Disney Jollywood Nights is held at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It also features exclusive entertainment such as What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along, which is my favorite offering at this event. Plus, EPCOT will host the International Festival of the Holidays. It features the Candlelight Processional, Holiday Kitchens, among many other offerings!

I hope this answers your question, Amanda! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your magical visit, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us here at planDisney. We’re always happy to help!

    See you real soon!
