    Hello, If my payment for my magic key doesnt go through for whatever reason, do my reservations get cancelled right away or do I have time to correct the problem?

    Welcome to planDisney! It’s always a pleasure to assist fellow Magic Keyholders with their Disneyland Resort Magic Key questions. I hope you’re putting your key to good use this year! 

    I’m so happy that you are proactively inquiring about this issue. It’s important to keep your information up to date so your payments are made in a timely manner. If left unresolved, it is possible that your Key will be suspended and your current Theme Park Reservations canceled. But, updating your credit card information is easy. Simply call the Magic Key Monthly Payments Guest Services at (800) 410-4656. They’re open and available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PDT and will be more than happy to update your profile with the new payment method. Your monthly Magic Key payments will then be charged to the new card on file.
