Hi Alissa!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you are getting ready for an amazing Walt Disney World Resort vacation with your little princess! You will travel so many miles during a trip to visit Mickey and based on my experience with my own little ones, their little legs will definitely get tired during a trip. In fact, my oldest recently turned 7 years old and he will still take a turn in a stroller to rest his legs during a trip!
Unfortunately, based on the
Walt Disney World Park Rules, recreational devices are not allowed in the theme parks, which includes skateboards and inline skates, as well as bicycles and tricycles. While the tricycles you mention have a pushbar, since they have pedals and can be powered by your daughter, it would not be allowed for safety reasons. I would recommend that you look for other stroller options that she would be more comfortable in. The
rental strollers at Walt Disney World Resort are very wide and much different than standard strollers, so that might feel unique enough for her to use during your vacation. You can also look for a themed stroller that she might find special enough to use during your trip. With both of my kids, if they are resistant to riding, I will let them walk as long as they wish and eventually even my stubborn little one will take a break in the stroller.
Let us know if you have additional questions as you continue planning! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
