    Hello! I am trying to find out if I can link tickets to My Disney Experience if they were purchased through an outside vendor like Undercover Tourist - and if so, how? Thanks!

    Hi Heidi,

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You can link your tickets to My Disney Experience through the webpage or the app on your smart phone. The webpage will walk you through adding the tickets. On the smart phone app, you need to look under "Plan & Manage" for "Tickets and Passes." When you click there, you should see "Link a Ticket or Pass" at the top. Using the smart phone app is extremely easy because it allows you to scan the tickets. If your tickets won't scan, you can also enter the ticket number. 

    If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you will be able to link those tickets to your Magic Band. I used a Magic Band on my last trip and loved the convenience.
