I know I love planning a Disney trip almost just as much as the trip itself and there's no better way to cure the post-Disney blues! You picked such a lovely time to visit as well, the month of May usually has such nice weather!
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues linking your tickets! Thankfully, there are a few things we can try that might fix the issue. First, I would recommend checking if you are using a supported browser, as the
My Disney Experience service works better on specific browsers. Disney recommends going on My Disney Experience using either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari. Also, make sure your browser is updated to the latest version as this could also cause some bugs.
Second, you could try to register the tickets through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. I had a similar issue in the past where I constantly had to sign back into my account to make park reservations and ultimately never could. Going through the app instead seemed to fix that issue for me, so I think it might be worth a try! If you click on the "menu" icon on the right, you should then be able to click on "Tickets and Passes," then click on the "plus" icon at the top right of the screen and click on "Link Tickets & Passes." The mobile app is available for iPhones, iPads and Android smartphones.
If you still have the same issue, I would recommend
reaching out to a Disney Expert directly on the Disney Experts freephone. They will be able to help you link your tickets properly into your My Disney Experience account and make sure each ticket is linked to the right person. They are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. I always like reaching out to Guest Relations Cast Members when I am having technical issues as they truly are real-life Fairy Godparents.
