Hello, I have tickets left over from the last time Hero's Tickets were offered a few years ago. I wasn't able to use them at that time can they still be used now?

    Hi Gordon,

Welcome to planDisney! First and foremost, thank you for your service. All of us here at planDisney truly appreciate our military families, and we’re honored to help you make the most of your Disneyland experience.

To explore options for your expired Hero Ticket, I suggest calling Disneyland Ticket Services directly. If your ticket is entirely unused (meaning none of the available days were used), the Cast Members may be able to assist you. It’s worth asking if the amount you paid can be applied toward a new theme park ticket or one of the current promotional offers available to guests. Fingers crossed for some Disney magic coming your way!

If you’re able to plan a visit this year, you’ll be arriving at the perfect time—Disneyland is celebrating its 70th anniversary! The celebration begins May 16, 2025, and will continue through summer 2026. There’s so much to look forward to, from entertainment and commemorative merchandise to delicious themed treats. Personally, I’m most excited for the debut of the brand-new World of Color show: "World of Color – Happiness!" It will feature music from Turning Red, A Goofy Movie, Tangled, and Encanto. I can’t wait to rock out to “I2I” under the night sky!

I hope this helps you with your ticket situation, Gordon. If you have any more questions or need a few extra tips, don’t hesitate to reach out to me or any of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’re always here to sprinkle a little pixie dust on your Disney planning.

    Catch you in the parks!
