Hello, I am taking a carriage ride in Fort Wilderness on an upcoming trip. My question is should I be tipping the carriage driver? I know sometimes when it is the owner you are not expected to give a tip. Thanks for your time.

As they sometimes say in the wilderness "Howdy Matt!" and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a great question about your upcoming plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
My own dear family does so look forward to our stays within the peaceful haven of the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground where I always say to other Guests that it's just so wonderful with so much Recreation to enjoy that I almost don't ever want to leave and explore further afield during my trip even though it's only a short ferry boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom Park!
I'm delighted to know you're all set to mosey along to the Tri-Circle-D Ranch to experience the fun of a horse drawn Carriage Ride during your stay and of course as with many additional or service gratuities it's always a welcome gesture for a Guest to extend a cash gratuity for exceptional service.  However it's also worth bearing in mind that it's also down to individual Cast Member discretion whether or not to accept or even decline a well earned tip.
Wishing you a pixie dusted upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort where I'm sure you'll create some unforgettable memories which are set to last a lifetime.
    Have a great Disney day.
    ~ Jane
