Hello, I successfully made a reservation for a park. Does it automatically mean that my complimentary tickets are valid ? I don't remember if I used those before and am not able to double check as i no longer have access to the hub. Thank you !

Congratulations on making a Theme Park Reservation! You must be so excited to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Guests must have valid park admission to make a Theme Park Reservation. You needed to be logged in to your My Disney Experience account in order to access the Disney Park Pass System, so you should be able to view your complimentary tickets there on your "Plans and Tickets" page. If you don't see them, I recommend contacting the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to check the validity of your tickets! Just be sure to have all your ticket information on hand when you call.

As you count down the days to your visit, keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog. It's your best resource for news and updates about Disney Parks and destinations! I also recommend reviewing the Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website ahead of your visit. It has lots of important information about the health and safety measures being taken in and out of the theme parks.
