Hello I am going to be staying at the Grand Floridian for a convention. Looking to host a party of 25-30 for a nice private meal. Preferably a pre set menu with drink/bar options. Need to book for Saturday April 11 around 7ish in evening.

Salutations, Corey, and welcome to planDisney! The swanky soirée you are planning sounds truly fantastic, and it makes me wonder if you could book an extra seat for one more guest...me! All joking aside, there is a way to reserve private dining for your large group.

To start, you'll want to submit your request for a custom gathering to the Disney Meetings & Events team. You can fill out the form to let an event planning Cast Member know that your group will be staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and are looking for a private dining experience on the evening of April 11th. You can also provide information about the kind of catering you are seeking and any other details about the event.

I looked over the private dining section of the custom gatherings page, and it doesn't look like there are any dining offerings for an event like this at the restaurants at the Grand Floridian, but there is an option nearby at Disney's Contemporary Resort in the Napa Room or Sonoma Room at California Grill. It could be fun to gather your group and travel to dinner together that evening on the monorail! At the time of this response, custom dining starts at $3,000 and is subject to service charges and sales tax. Prices are subject to change at any time, and dining locations and offerings are subject to availability and approval.

For the most up-to-date information, I recommend filling out the form and letting a Cast Member know what kind of event you have in mind and where you'd like to have it. They may be able to assemble a custom dining event for you beyond what is listed on the website.

I'm sure you and your pals will look nice and spiffy for this private dinner, Corey! Visiting Walt Disney World Resort is all about making core memories with cherished friends, family, and colleagues, and this event is sure to be an unforgettable one for all of your lucky guests. Have an amazing time!

    Stay magical,
    Scott
