Hello, Lauren!
Welcome to planDisney, and happy early birthday! I love that you want to celebrate your birthday at Disneyland Resort!
You can find current promotions on the
Offers & Discounts page. However, I know special offers are sometimes emailed to specific Guests and include a unique PIN that only that Guest can use. It is my understanding that there isn't an email listserv just for these promotions. I'm sorry!
Based on the people I know who have received the emails, it often seems like they are sent to some Guests who visited the parks last year (or were former Magic Key passholders) and don't have plans to visit this year (but that is just my guess!). Depending on the details of the most recent offer, you might be able to go with a friend who received the email and purchases the tickets for both of you.
The emails are typically sent out from the Disney Destinations email address, so make sure you are signed up to receive those emails. You can sign up by logging into your account on the
Disneyland website, clicking on "Welcome, Lauren" at the top of the page, and selecting "Manage myDisney Account." Scroll down to "Manage your email subscriptions" to confirm you are receiving all emails.
Did you check out the
Anaheim Resident Special Ticket Offer? This could be a good option for you if you live in ZIP codes 92801 through 92809, 92812, 92814 through 92817, 92825, 92850, and 92899. The tickets are good through October 8, 2026 (subject to availability). It's a great deal if you are eligible!
If you do visit Disneyland for your
birthday, be sure to stop by City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. to pick up a complimentary "I'm celebrating" button! This is a fun way to let Cast Members know that it's your birthday. My kids love everyone wishing them a happy birthday when they wear their birthday buttons!
Lauren, have a wonderful birthday! We hope to see you real soon!
Magic Happens!
