    Hello I just returned home with my family from Disneyland. I am trying to process my pictures from my Disney photopass. My number for the Hyperspace Mountain ride isn't working. Does that mean that ride doesn't qualify to download

    Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

    I’m so sorry your photo from Hyperspace Mountain isn’t showing in your Disney PhotoPass account. The Cast Members at Disneyland Resort may be able to help you recover that image. There is a Lost Disney PhotoPass Form that you can fill out and someone will get back to you if they can locate your images. I once lost the PhotoPass card that had images of my son and I in front of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle and within a few days they were able to find them and link them to my account. There is no guarantee that they will find them, but I’m hoping with a little help and pixie dust you will be able to enjoy your photo!
