Hello I am a Fl resident. Can I purchase Disney tickets for my son and his family. I will be with them during the trip? Thank you

    Hey there, Valentina!

Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted to hear that you are planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth with your son and family. It is sure to be a trip full of magical memories for all. This is such a great question! Let's go over all you need to know about tickets for Florida residents, and what to do when out-of-town Guests want to come too!

Valentina, Guests using a Florida Resident ticket must reside in Florida. I am sorry to report that this means that even though you are a resident, out-of-state Guests, including family, will not be permitted to use this ticket type. It is important to note that all Guests using a Florida Resident ticket will need to show proof of residence, and if unable to provide it, will not be able to enter the park. I would feel terrible if you arrived for a day of fun, only to find you could not use your tickets!

You are still welcome to purchase theme park tickets for your family! And while they may not qualify for Florida Resident rates, you can still find some great deals! Be sure to check out the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website to see which ticket is right for Ohana.

    We'll see ya real soon!
