Hello! I requested our preferred king room at Coronado Springs next to a bus stop but would it be possible to request the Casitas 4 building in particular? Let me know, thank you!

Hey there, Nicole! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with such a great question!

Before you know it, you'll be arriving at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to embark on your magical adventure at the Most Magical Place on Earth. How exciting! With its fantastic rooms, fun pool area, awesome Resort activities and some of the best dining (and margaritas!) at Walt Disney World, this Resort is one of my very favorites and the perfect magical home away from home.

While Coronado Springs is a large Resort, the three bridges over Lago Dorado help connect all areas of the Resort and make the pool, dining and amenities easily accessible no matter where your room is located. However, to request your favorite location or building, I recommend calling a helpful Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations or using the Chat feature on the Walt Disney World website to add your request to your reservation.

Since your vacation is quickly approaching (Yay!), I recommend doing this as soon as possible. Just keep in mind that while the Cast Members will do everything in their power to make magic for you, a room request is based on availability and not guaranteed.

Three of my favorite dining locations at Walt Disney World Resort are located right at your Resort! Siestas Cantina is my favorite place to grab a poolside margarita, and I can't get enough of the fish or shrimp tacos. Three Bridges Bar & Grill, with its open-air seating over the lake, great vibes, fabulous cocktails and fantastic food, is the perfect place to wind down after a day in the parks and an absolute must-do. If you're looking for fine dining, I cannot recommend Toledo enough. I still daydream about the Pan con Tomate. Mmm. My bonus snack recommendation is a giant pink donut from El Mercado de Coronado. While it's large enough to share and makes for a yummy breakfast, I enjoy mine (all to myself) for dessert. Enjoy one for me!

I hope this was helpful, Nicole, and I hope you have the most magical and memorable vacation full of fun (and delicious food)! Please feel free to stop by any time with any planning questions you may have along the way. You've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon,

    Mandy
