Hello, I recently purchased tickets through the Canadian Resident offer. I was just wondering where I access the exchange certificates they mention that we need to bring in order to get admission. Are they sent in a email? Thank you.

    Hi Hannah,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I’m thrilled to hear that you were able to take advantage of the special ticket offer for Canadian residents for your upcoming vacation. My friends have been able to use this Special Offer (or a similar one) during several of their visits to Walt Disney World Resort and, from what I understand, they never received actual paper or plastic “exchange certificates”. Instead, they had a “virtual” ticket in their email confirmation. They then used that email confirmation when they activated their tickets by showing proof of Canadian residency at Guest Relations or a ticket window at any Theme Park or Disney Springs. So, if you have the order confirmation number that you received by email, you should be good to go.

Don’t forget to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account if you want to be able to make FastPass+ selections before your vacation! It’s a great service, one that is included with your Theme Park Tickets. You can use that same confirmation number to link your tickets to your account.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,
