    Hello, I recently bought my daughter a mickey mouse watch at Emporium, back in February. The decorative mickey inside the watch fell off and now the minute and hour hands wont move. Can Disney fix the watch? She didnt have for a month when a broke.

    The Emporium on Main Street U.S.A. is one of my favorite places to shop at the Disneyland Resort! It’s always fun to bring some of the magic home and I’m so sorry to hear that your experience with your daughter’s watch was less than magical! 

    You’ll be happy to hear that there is a department for when things like this happen. Sometimes a guest might get home and find something wrong or missing with the item that they purchased. It sounds like your daughter’s watch may fall into this category. You can call Disney Merchandising at 877-560-6477 and they’ll be happy to help. Phone numbers can change at any time but at the time of this writing this is where you need to call. If you could have the item number or receipt, your debit or credit card that you paid with (If applicable) and the location where you purchased the item, readily available when calling, it will make things much easier for you.
