Hello, I recently bough tickets to go to Disneyland and was wondering if I can change one of the names on the ticket and how do I do that?

Welcome to planDisney, Angie! Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us.

How exciting to hEAR you’ll be heading to the Happiest Place on Earth in early June! Like many people, I cannot wait to return to a land of Magic and take in everything Disney after an extended closure due to the pandemic.

To reassign a Theme Park ticket, you will need to speak directly with a Cast Member by calling Disneyland Resort Technical Support at (714) 520-6222 or Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. There may be a bit of a wait time before connecting to a Cast Member, but your patience is greatly appreciated. Cast Members are working diligently to ensure you and all Guests have the best experience. As you know, during the initial phased reopening of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, only California residents are allowed to visit based on state mandates. Cast Members at the entrance may require Guests to present valid identification to show proof of California residency. Therefore, it will be important that the name on your ticket matches the name on your identification card.

If you have additional questions with planning your upcoming trip, please write us again! We’re all EARS.

    See ya real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
