costume guidelines for special events such as Oogie Boogie Bash, and it's such a good idea to be prepared. The guidelines do state that layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body are strongly discouraged and may be subject to additional security screening.
The costume guidelines for Oogie Boogie Bash are subject to the discretion of the Disneyland Resort Cast Members at the security checkpoint on the event day. Since I cannot guarantee that your friend's costume will be permitted, I highly recommend that they bring a backup option with them in case their costume is not allowed. If they are driving to the Disneyland Resort, they could return the costume to their vehicle, or they could
