    Hello, I purchased the wrong tier ticket on a third party provider and the dates are not allowed with this tier. Is there a way to upgrade my tier? I'm willing to pay the difference.

    James, I am happy to hear that you are planning a visit to Disneyland Resort as there couldn’t be a more exciting time to return to The Happiest Place on Earth!

    Upgrading your existing Disneyland Resort theme park admission may be possible, and you may be able to do so by applying the value of your ticket toward a new ticket at any Disneyland Resort Guest Relations, previously, but I highly recommend you Contact Disneyland Resort “Tickets” as soon as possible because you will also need a Disneyland Theme Park Reservation in advance of your arrival, to save time and any inconvenience as you are arriving from another state.

    In preparation for your visit, I encourage you to read through the new Disney Genie+ Service which is available online in your My Disneyland account before your arrival, or you can opt-in when you arrive at Disneyland Resort using your Disneyland Mobile App. Aside from saving you a great amount of time at Lightning Lane Entrance attractions, you will also benefit from the unlimited digital downloads from Disney’s PhotoPass® Service from memories captured at attractions and the fun “Magic Shots” throughout the theme parks from your day.

    James, since you are willing to upgrade your theme park admission, I invite you to consider adding the Park Hopper Option to your ticket. You will still need to reserve the first theme park of the day, but with this option, after 1:00 PM, you will be able to enter a second theme park without a Theme Park Reservation, and then visit between the two theme parks until park closing, pending availability of course.
