Hello,I purchased a vacation package for my brother and I in march. I haven't paid the full amount yet but the 60 day mark is nearing soon but I don't see our tickets on my disney experience. Is that normal? I want to make sure I'm able to rese

    Hi Nina!
How exciting that your vacation is coming up! You should definitely see your tickets on My Disney Experience at this point.

I can try to help you troubleshoot the issue with My Disney Experience (MDE). When you visit MDE, check to see if you have a "View My Tickets" section. If so, check to see if your tickets are listed there.

If not, click on connect additional reservations/tickets and find your confirmation email. You can enter the details based on your confirmation email from your tickets.

If you do not have your confirmation email nor ticket details, call 407-WDW-1936 and a Cast Member can help you find your specific details on your tickets.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
