I’m so sorry you haven’t received your Magic Key magnet as of yet! I know I can’t wait for mine to come in the mail, so I understand the frustration! Since you have been a Magic Key holder for some time and still haven’t received your magnet, I encourage you to contact the
Magic Key Membership Services phone number and speak with a Cast Member. You can speak with a Cast Member seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST (holiday hours may vary and are subject to change). They will happily assist with providing information regarding the magnet and how to get one sent to you!
Have you reviewed all the amazing benefits of having a Magic Key? You can review the amazing
discounts that come with your Magic Key, such as Park Reservation information and block-out dates on the
Magic Key Calendar. Then all that’s left is
planning your next visit to the
Disneyland Resort!
