Hello, I am have purchased Disney Tickets from our ITT department on the Air Force Base. My wife purchased Disney bands. Can these bands be used with the tickets from ITT? If so, how do we link them?

    Hi, Darrell!

It sounds like you are in full magic planning time for your upcoming vacation. I am sure your entire family is super excited.

I do not know exactly what kind of tickets you have, but you should be able to easily link everything together via My Disney Experience. Follow these steps (some you may have done already):

-Create a My Disney Experience account at www.DisneyWorld.com
-Make sure each member of your family is listed on your account
-Link each MagicBand to each member of your family through your My Disney Experience account
-Link each ticket through your My Disney Experience account so each member of your family has valid park admissions

When you log into your My Disney Experience account, you will find easy tabs and links to do each of these steps. If along the way you have any trouble, call a wonderful cast member at (407)W-DISNEY and ask for technical support and they can help you.

Once everything is linked, your MagicBands will now be able to be used as your park admission as well as your entry for any FastPass+ selections that you book. I would still plan to carry the hard copy of your tickets just in case you have any trouble with entry, especially on your first day. I am all about having backup!

Wishing you and your family a magical stay in Walt Disney World!
