Hello there, Evelyn. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question for us. Welcome – we’re so happy you’re here!
I’m sorry to hear you were unable to use your previously purchased tickets to visit the Disneyland Resort. What a year 2020 was, filled with so much uncertainties related to the pandemic. The good news, Evelyn, is that you are still able to use the promotional Southern California Residents tickets you’ve already purchased. According to the
“Modifications and Cancellations” section on
Disneyland.com, the expiration date of your previously purchased Southern California Residents tickets should now be extended through December 16, 2021. Your multi-day tickets may be used on non-consecutive days as well. Blockout dates (July 4, 2021; and November 20-27, 2021) will apply.
You may need to re-link the tickets to your Disney account on
Disneyland.com or
Disneyland mobile app. Once they’re back on your Disney account, you’ll be able to make your theme park reservations based on which dates are available on the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. Once you’ve confirmed your park reservation, you’ll receive a QR code that you’ll show at the gate when you arrive to the Disneyland Resort.
I hope this information is helpful for you, Evelyn. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to
write us again. We’re all EARS.
See ya real soon,
Kiki
