Hey there, Aiyana! Welcome to planDisney. Just a few more sleeps until your magical trip on April 9.
For entry to the parks, every Guest will need a valid
theme park ticket AND reservation. Let me share a couple of ways you can check your ticket/reservation status online.
1. In the
Disneyland mobile app, go to Tickets & Passes to confirm you see the ticket there. You can also go to Future Plans to see if your reservation is listed there.
2. If logging in to your account on the
Disneyland Resort website directly, go to My Disneyland, select “Ticket and Reservation Details” and click on “View My Park Reservations.” You should see your reservation there.
A theme park reservation is associated with a ticket. You can't make a reservation without a ticket, so if you see the reservation, it’s safe to assume there’s a ticket it is tied to.
Once you arrive at the parks, in your Disneyland mobile app you will go Tickets & Passes and the Cast Member will be able to scan you in using your ticket barcode. Because your reservation is already associated with your ticket, that’s all you should need.
If for any reason you don’t see your additional ticket and reservation in your Disneyland account, I recommend contacting a
Cast Member at Ticket Services to help you.
Are you a fan of Disney snacks, Aiyana? I love my classic churros when I visit Disneyland Resort, and on my recent visit I tried the unique Mango Churro as part of
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival menu. Wow, sweet, sour, and spicy CAN all co-exist and create a delicious flavor party! Willie’s Churros on Buena Vista Street has this fun snack if you’d like to try it.
Adventure is out there. Have a wonderful trip!
