    Hello, I want to purchase the CA park hopper tix. I have a CA ID. My fiancée, who is here on a visa does not have a CA ID. She has paperwork saying she is here on a fiancée visa and she is residing with me. Will that paperwork suffice for entry?

    Happy New Year, and thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. The California Resident Ticket is an incredible offer for Guests lucky enough to be local to the magic. There is a lot to look forward to in the first half of the year at the Happiest Place on Earth, and with three full park days to use between January 1 and May 21, 2026, you'll get a taste of it all!

    I'm glad to hear that you are exploring your options and double-checking the eligibility requirements for yourself and your fiancée. As this is a special offer for just California residents within ZIP codes 90000 to 96199, Disneyland does require that Guests present a valid, government-issued photo ID that reflects an address within these ZIP codes for purchase and admission, typically a CA State ID or driver's license. Currently, passports, utility bills, and visa paperwork would not meet this requirement. I'm sorry, Tyler, I know that was not the news you were hoping to hear. My suggestion would be to chat with the Guest Services team directly, as they will be able to answer any specific questions you may have. 

    Tyler, I do hope that you and your fiancée can find your way to the magic this year. The Disneyland Resort has just released the schedule of events, festivals, and holidays for 2026, and a few of my favorites fall within the window for the California Resident Tickets - the Lunar New Year Celebration and Disney California Food & Wine Festival are not to be missed!
