Hi there, Marci! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for bringing me your question! I am happy to chat with you about all things pampering, because who says that a Disney vacation can’t be sprinkled with some much-needed rest and relaxation? Some of my favorite moments of our family trips include those quiet times in between amazing days at the
Disney Parks, when we find a quiet park bench to sit on and enjoy a Mickey cupcake, or sneak off to the salon for some pampering!
Looking at your timeline, it appears that you will be visiting Walt Disney World later this month, and at this time the spas and salons on property are not operational. This is due to restrictions in place to encourage social distancing, as you can see outlined on the
Experience Updates pages. Once they do reopen, hopefully during a future trip, check out the
Disney-themed nail art you’ll be able to enjoy! For now, I would recommend some custom nail art decals from an online shop such as Etsy that you can apply in order to sprinkle some Disney magic into each and every step you take! I also suggest taking a visit to
Disney Springs to check out
Sephora for any new nail supplies you may need, and my very favorite,
Basin, where you can find soaps and scrubs of all shapes and sizes to aid in any pampering endeavor, with plenty of hidden Mickeys to boot!
Marci, I hope that this information helps you plan an incredible trip. Things may look and feel a bit different when you return to the magic later this month, but Walt Disney World is waiting for you, and what could be better than that?
See ya real soon!
