Hello, I have linked my no expiration tickets to my Disney experience. Since these are paper tickets and very old, is there any way to get the new style cards? Is the process the same if staying on or off property?

    Hi Brittney,

Hooray for magical Disney days left on old, No Expiration Option tickets! I'm glad you'll be able to use them now and experience some more magic and fun!

I'm happy to let you know that yes, you'll be able to receive a new style of card for your ticket. You'll simply want to go to a ticket window or Guest Relations location and ask the Cast Member there to assist you. The process will be the same regardless of where you're staying, however, you will receive a complimentary MagicBand if you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, which will link directly to your My Disney Experience account. Since your ticket is already linked there, you may access it through a MagicBand if you'd prefer that over a card! If you're not staying at a Disney Resort hotel, MagicBands are available for purchase online or in many retail locations all around the Walt Disney World Resort. You'll be able to use a MagicBand or a new card to enter the theme parks, access the FastPass+ queues, link PhotoPass photos to your account, and more!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question, Brittney, and please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning for your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
