If you have a MagicBand that has been used in previous visits, and it is still in working conditions, you can continue to use it when you return to the Walt Disney World Resort as long as it is still active. To check your MagicBand status, visit
My Disney Experience and log in to your account. You will need to move the cursor over the My Disney Experience logo located on the top right side under the search field, and then a new menu will appear. Select Magic Bands and Cards under My Account, and then select a MagicBand to manage its status. Activate yours and you are ready to go!
Should you come across technical issues with your MagicBand, please ask a Cast Member for assistance. In case they are unable to help you, you will have to visit
Guest Relations or talk to Lobby Concierge at your Disney Resort hotel. If you are not staying at a Disney Resort hotel, and since you are traveling from Brazil, I suggest stopping by Guest Relations at Disney Springs upon arrival before heading to the theme parks. This is a very good way to make sure your MagicBand is still working and maybe solve any issues. In case there are problems, Cast Members will do their best to get it in proper working order or, if necessary, provide you with a replacement. Please note that replacement MagicBands may be subject to a fee.
