Hi Roberta,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. The Frozen Fever in my household began in 2014 and is still on in full force. My son absolutely loves Elsa for her power, love of her family, and (of course) her sparkly cape. The
Frozen Ever After Dessert Party is on my family’s bucket list, and I totally understand that you’re getting anxious to make your reservations!
As you noted, currently the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party is only being offered through the end of August. The various dessert parties at Walt Disney World do sometimes release availability about 30 days out; those dates often take a little longer to be announced, which I assume is because of the logistics involved. My best advice is to keep checking for availability, and also be sure to read the
Disney Parks Blog, where announcements about dessert parties, new experiences, and even fun new treats are posted every day.
Roberta, I’m not sure if you saw this, but a new
Rivers of Light Dessert Party was recently announced, and it looks wonderful. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is so gorgeous at dusk, and Rivers of Light is a truly beautiful show that highlights the wonders of nature and the ways we are all interconnected, and it is a light show like no other. Add some desserts to all that beauty, and, as Elsa sang to Anna, we’re “making today a perfect day!”
Wishing you good luck securing a reservation…and a magical vacation,
Robyn
