Hello. I know I can’t register for the 2027 Disney Marathon until March 17 2026 but am I able to create a log in and add information like name, address, DOB etc ahead of time so on registration day I just log in pick the race and pay? Thank you

    Howdy Casey!

Welcome to planDisney. It seems like everyone I know is getting into runDisney these days. Many of my fellow panelists recently ran this year's marathon and had an absolute blast. We loved seeing all of the fun pictures they took with characters throughout the race and, of course, crossing the finish line. Now it’s time for us to lace up our running shoes and help you get in on all of the race fun as well.

So it looks like you’ve been doing your research and would like to register for the 2007 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend race series, and would like to make sure your account is set up prior to registration day. I have some great news for you: runDisney is part of The Walt Disney Family of Companies, which means that you log in using your My Disney Experience username and password. Once you are on the runDisney website, hover your cursor over the Help & Support tab at the top of the screen and click the Manage Account button. Now you can log in, update, and add all the necessary information ahead of time.

In my experience, registration typically opens at 10:00 am EST. I would keep an eye on the runDisney website for the latest information, and make sure you have signed up for email alerts. On registration day, March 17, 2026, be sure to log in early and have all of your race info, such as address, shirt size, race choices, and payment information, ready to go. This should really help ensure that you secure the races you want before they sell out.

We’re almost to our finish line, and I wanted to leave you with one last tip. If you haven’t already purchased it, I would recommend getting Memory Maker. Memory Maker lets you get all the amazing Photo Pass pictures taken during the race, especially with all the characters. There is no better way to capture all of these memories for a lifetime.

Casey I hope you have a magical time running through the Walt Disney World Parks. If you have any further questions, please run back by and one of my fellow panelists, or I will be happy to help!

    See ya real soon,
    Robert
